Katherine and the ball

Once upon a time Katherine was going in a park. Suddenly a ball appeared out of thin air. She took it home and found out the mass of it. It was 203 g. She messaured the radius and it was 5,43 cm. She thought: “I wonder what the density of this mysteriuos ball?”

Can you help her with her problem and can you then find out what possible element the ball  could consists of?

Sorry, but we have made a mistake in the execise. The mass of the ball is not 204 g but 5975 g.
    Hope you can forgive us…

We calculate the ball’s volume :
    (4/3)*pi*5,43^3 = 670,64 cm^3

    And the density is :
    5975/670,64 = 8,9

We think the ball is in Nickel, is it ?
