The grocer – Maths exercise n°2

Very easy you’ll see (n_n)

Leslie goes to the grocer. She buys 3 « chocolatines », and 4 « croissants ». She gives 4,25 € to the grocer.

Maxime prefers the « croissants » : he buys 6 of them, and 2 « chocolatines » for his little sisters. He gives 5€ to the grocer, and this one returns him 0,50€.

How many euros costs a « chocolatine » ? And a « croissant » ?

Chocolatines and croissants are French patisseries people love eating with tea, for example, or in the morning for the breakfast. But we don’t eat it everyday, don’t worry ! ^^

Exercise 2, group 9
