between the Næstved Gymnasium in Denmark and the LP2I in France

Joe, John and Jack would like to build three farms in a rectangle . John already paid his part of ground; he has the half of it; but Jack and Joe had a quarrel; they didn't arrive to agreed to share the rest in 2 parties!
Knowing that the lenght of the rectangle is 5, and the breath is 3; and knowing that John has the half of the rectangle such that the rectangle is cut by a diagonal, look for with a mathematical software which values can be right to have the same part between Joe and Jack.
