between the Næstved Gymnasium in Denmark and the LP2I in France

Phill and Bob, two friends are talking. Bob can't remember how old is his friend. To help him, Phill gives him a hint:
" I'm twice as old as you were when I was as old as you are now. And when you'll be as old as I am now, our combined ages will be of 63 years ."
How old are Bob and Phill ?
Good luck
