25 January: Art in the Apulia region

– Leaving Lucera for a touristic tour of the cities of Trani and Barletta and romanic cathedrals.
– Lunch in a local restaurant
26 January: From Grain to Pasta

– Leaving Lucera to visit the ‘’Experimental Centre for the cereals cultivation’’ in Foggia
11.00 am- guided tour of the ‘’Tamma’’ pasta factory
– Lunch and afternoon with the host family
8.00pm
– Evening in a pizzeria in Lucera
27 January: Fresh Pasta Laboratories
9.00am
– activity at the PRO-GEN ZONA ASI for the making of local fresh pasta like ‘’cicatelli’’,
‘’orecchiette’’, pizza and ‘’pizze fritte’’ (dumplings)
– Lunch with the products thus made
– A questionnaire on the activity
– Afternoon and evening with the host family
28 January: Leaving
