  • de garder une trace du cours, de ce que vous aurez appris en LLCE.
    • l’utilisation des ‘mindmaps’ et ‘infographics’ permet de synthétiser les informations pour retenir l’essentiel.
  • d’aller plus loin en l’agrémentant de recherches personnelles de refléter vos idées personnelles (en ramenant chaque leçon à VOUS, en y ajoutant des documents perso, en donnant votre avis)
  • de préparer les épreuves orales de Terminale : Oral de LLCE et Grand Oral

Contenu du carnet pour la leçon “UP FOR DEBATE”

  1. Start with the title : UP FOR DEBATE + accrostiche ou nuage de mots clés
  2. Créez, sur une page, une affiche faisant la publicité d’un “debating club” à l’école – notez slogan et mots clés – le but de cette affiche et de convaincre les étudiants de votre lycée de faire partie de ce club (vous pouvez dessiner/ utiliser Canva ou autre application) – produisez un document aussi authentique que possible (⛔plagiats interdits)
  3. The Four Freedoms > Freedom of Speech: use your work/quiz/notes to explain and comment on Rockwell’s illustrations (you can also use this page)
  4. History = What about the first presidential debate that initiated the tradition of a debate between the two presidential candidates in America?
    • Who were the candidates?
    • When did these debates take place?
    • What were they about?
    • You can create an infographic. /clue: it happened in the 1850’s/
  5. O.J Simpon and the N-word = explain and comment on this case
  6. Alexander Hamilton and Thomas Jefferson = create an infographic to summarise
    • who they were
    • what they are famous for
    • their relationship
  7. Did you like this lesson?
    • Why/ why not?
    • What was your favourite document? Explain/ develop your ideas, and give relevant arguments 😉
  8. Debate & Me: create a mindmap
    • summarising the main ideas of this lesson
    • creating a link with YOU
